Although I had a few postings planned, raging apathy has kept me from bothering this week. I am still intensely bored with the Internet (and therefore finding it hard to be bothered writing this stuff)… which is rather ironic, as we’ve ordered a new computer.
Speaking of new, the new carpet was fitted on Wednesday. It makes the place look a lot better. The new fridge and cooker arrive tomorrow, so the microwave-only spell will be over at last.

I’m still here. The move went off reasonably hitch-free, although the last two days have been tremendously stressful. Right now, our new home is a mess, and will remain so until new carpet and various items of furnishing, etc., are in place. My clothes—all five bags of ’em—are currently languishing, as I need a new wardrobe. Very urgently.
