Here’s how interesting the scenery out and about today was:
Well, I went to Brum yesterday (and Merryhill Wednesday), which was slightly more riveting, but I think I wanted a really boring photo to capture the true West Midlands spirit! Can you identify this spot? I picked a more obscure area/angle to make it harder.
(Oh, and yeah, I did buy the second Lord of the Rings DVD, but I haven’t had time to watch it yet. That’s the price of being so awfully busy and in demand, you know…)
It LOOKS a bit like the junction of Pleck Road – Wolverhampton Road (just before you get to Walsall – after you’ve gone past J10 of the M6 going from Willenhall/Wolverhampton)… On the other hand, it might be Darlo….
On the other hand, it might be somewhere else (!) but it DOES look very familiar….

Wrong on both guesses. Since no one else wanted to play: it’s the back of the bus station in West Brom, looking toward where buses like the 402 go on their way to Bilston. I was just wondering around at the time, feeling intensely bored. West Brom usually has that effect. 🙂
