For Steve’s birthday…
Of course, Hulk and Darkseid are my timeworn go-tos when doing sketches, so I get 0/10 for imagination…
And dammit I gave his age away… see also this post for the drawing I did for his 63rd birthday.

Hi Chrissie,
That is ONE HELL of a Hulk face!
Incidently, my pal Jerry Rascoe has been artistically examining every issue of the Hulk beginning with the first Lee/Kirby issue. He is currently up to the Tales to Astonish, Ditko pencilled stories (and I was a guest when he talked about Hulk # 6) and I hink you’d find it to be lots of fun and informative: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0aqQoQegxso
You picked a great issue to discuss with Jerry, and in such detail. #6 features one of my favourite early Hulk tales, even if there are really odd detours in the plot (such as Banner even having made a mask of his alter-ego, let alone it still fitting when the Hulk’s own head was restored), and a terrific villain in the Metal Master (I’m amazed it took more than a decade for him to return, although maybe Marvel felt Magneto had the girder-bending gig nailed). As I wrote over on Jerry’s page, “so many loose ends left dangling”.
Hey, 66 is the new, er, 65-and-a-half, haven’t you heard?
