A new (very quick) strip for perusal—first bit of sequencing for two years!
I wanted to work a bit on these characters again, so I cooked up this bit of silliness to kick things off (I’ve been rather distracted of late).
Yesterday, I also did a quick doodle of a demon and a portrait of a character from an old story. I’m a bit rusty so it was fun to start this month with a workout. As I am ‘thinking’ about a new small press comic—knowing my hand still sorta works is useful! :b

It’s the kind of playful and breezy and ‘throw-away’ that requires much meticulous crafting. Class stuff, genuinely.
Your Club Comicana wouldn’t disgrace any listings mag down here. It’s come on a treat.
Looks great! It actually *doesn’t* look like the first strip in a long time. I really wish I could do something like that myself… But I have no knowledge of how to do stuff in color like that. Maybe a short CC strip could appear in a UK small-press anthology (which would take away the burden of having to publish it yourself).
An amusing and well-drawn strip. Have you considered paying a visit to your characters like Vonnegut did with his characters in BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS?
Hi Chrissie,
Good to see you have returned to the fray!!!
Keep up the great work.
