What the hell, thought I’d try a test posting from The Other Side. Just to see how weird and kinky it feels. Hmmm. Well, slightly, maybe. Anyhow, it gives me an excuse to post this pic I took from my bedroom window in the early hours, around 3.30am, upon discovering it had started to snow:
Isn’t it wonderful, though? The street lamp caused some of the snow to get ‘red eye’! But I think it’s a fabulous effect. I’m thinking maybe Dario Argento was lurking in the background somewhere…

lovely pic.
2007 snogs
Saw something similar at the Ballymun flats on the Northside of Dublin once. The way the light danced across the globules of spit as they rained down on me was awe-inspiring.
Just kidding! It is a nice pic. Less Argento, I think, and more William Friedkin. Well, Friedkin if he’d gone a bit art-house, anyway. Or, to be precise: if Argento had been Friedkin’s cinematographer on The Exorcist and Kurosawa had sneezed just off-camera.
Glad to help.
You couldnt resist filming the morning first snow either. That is lovely photo beautiful photo.
You got snow? We didn’t get snow (well, apparently we did, but I was in bed).
And not just that, but you get Dario Argento snow, which presumably is full of barbed wire and innerds!
Life’s just not fair!
