Well, seeing as how I haven’t posted since October 2024…! I’m deciding what to do with it. It occurred to me that as of December, it’ll be TWENTY-FIVE YEARS since I started doing this “blogging” thing… obviously, I’ve had a number of extended breaks and a handful of reboots (and the complete archive of posts hasn’t been online for a number of years), but it’s been on the same URL since the spring of 2003!!
That is actually long before the Internet started to turn into something evil, stifling, bizarre and all-pervading—I might get nostalgic for those “simpler” times…
So, maybe I’ll rework this thing to celebrate a quarter of a century. Maybe I’ll make the archive a “Best of” the 25 years of posts? I’m still thinking about it. Till then, any comments and feedback welcome!
Blogging is making a come back among Gen Xers, allegedly, so, as usual, you’re ahead of the curve, or at least surfing on the edge of its ripcurl.
